2017 PC LAX Winter Strength and Conditioning Program

This is not mandatory but strongly encouraged for all lacrosse players not playing a Winter sport, especially those that have their sights set on Varsity this Spring season.

Description: CrossFit MinersTown (CFMT) will educate and instruct on the benefits of strength and conditioning, nutrition and the power of teamwork and accountability in a team environment. 

Phase 1: November 13th – Dec.21th (Excluding Nov. 23rd) 
The initial “Phase 1” programming will begin Monday November 13th, 2017 and conclude on Thursday December 21st, 2017. The program will be three (3) days a week. Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 3pm until 4:15pm. Each day will consist of 75 minutes of programming.

Phase 2: Jan. 8th – Feb 15th
“Phase 2” will have a different focus from “Phase 1”.  “Phase 2” programming will begin Monday January 8th, 2018 and conclude on Thursday February 15th, 2018. The program will be two (2) days a week. Mondays and Wednesday from 3pm until 4:15pm. These days of the week may need to change due to the Park City Lacrosse practice schedule that has yet to be determined. Each day will consist of 75 minutes of programming.

Fee Schedule 

Phase 1 (3 times a week) - $260/athlete 
Phase 2 (2 times a week) - $130/athlete 
Phase 1 & 2 Special - $350/athlete

CFMT will retain the right to cancel this program if we do not reach 15 athletes. CFMT will cap the participation at 20 athletes, as quality is a high priority and assurance of proper education.
